Preview of Map Editor?

I'm trying to clone a WW2 map to update it but it keeps sending me into the preview of a map editor. I have made scenarios and clones before with this same exact browser.
Thanks in advance to anyone who helps

Silverlight is discontinued on most browsers, you'll have to either read one of the guides to get silverlight or install the client. Most likely your in the html5 editor which is incomplete. Btw England is your city

You can use Internet explorer (not Microsoft Edge tho). All Windows computers still have IE even though Edge is the default

Now It says Error Loading Paths fro about 25 minutes and then back to the preview
