Yes, noobs will always find a way to defend their unfair gameplay practices. For the people in the back, serbwall is breaking enemies wall and putting yours up arround the same city, just because you use 4 more units doesnt change anything.

Depends, if you kill the wall, and make a palace wall on the same spot or in a place where it would have been WFed if the wall wasn't killed, then yes it's a SerbWall.

If you made it in a way that killing or just breaking the wall wouldn't have any affect on the palace wall, then no it wouldn't be.
