+3 movement for Ground Special Defence units

Please tell me ?....are these for example.....when I am in defense strat does this mean my secondary defense has an additional +3 movement on top of the movement buff they already get ?

IF I buy the Upgrade +3 movement for Ground Special Defence units

Though tbh I wouldn't really recommend that upgrade since Secondary Defense is not that useful (even with +1 DEF - I have that upgrade so I know), unless you are play niche maps where it is powerful.

I'm sorry what, AA is too powerful especially with +1 defence which I don't even have yet. The range upgrades make it heavily useable and reuseable and they give op rolls vs sky units. It is currently enough to counter ds in the right strat+situations but too op for other situations like against sm. It needs a defence nerf. -Actually apparently the base defence has been reduced to 3 which helps make it not killed before militia, so just a removal of the defence upgrade would be good.

I did get the buff and when I stacked them in my cap the D stats stacked up huge

Uh Secondary Defense doesn't get buffed by PD if that's what you're talking about. But yeah, if you're using Blitz for example (which WOULD buff the speed), then it stacks, so Secondary Defense units (such as Anti-Air) would have +5 speed as opposed to +3. This works with other upgrades/strategies as well.
