City Not Conquered

When i Conquer a city Most every time it doesn't conquer! Help!

are you sure you sent enough units to take it ?
Which units did you sent ?

I Usually Use Bombers And More Planes, Yes, i had enough troops to take it

Only Infantry, Tanks, Transports and destroyers can take a city. Bombers are there for the damage only.

When it says city didnt conquer it means u didnt conquer a city
