Implement forfeit

What if leaving will get you automatically banned from playing games.
Such as leaving 3 games will get you banned from joining a game for 1 hour.
Leaving more games gets you banned for a day, a week etc.

This raises the question of what about failed games.
Well in case a game fails at the first 1-10 turns. One should have an option to forfeit a game by majority etc. In that case this game will not count.

What about games you dont want in your history because of surrendering:
Well thats stupid, if you play games and you want to leave, you should surrender or keep going.

Players wont leave games. Instead they will surrender or keep on fighting.

Or idk i just want to have less failed games.
