[FIXED] Inbox ignore

Expected behavior:
Sending messages to players' inbox

Actual behavior:
Ignored

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
The player has to add you to their ban list, they don't need to ignore you for that to happen

Information:
Browser: Chrome

Browser version: Latest version

OS: Windows10

Any other relevant information:
They can see your messages in the chat, and you can private chat with them in game

This is now fixed.
