[CLOSED] Excluding units from certain countries no longer works

Expected behavior
When I exclude an unit from a certain country X, it's supposed to become unavailable to build in that country X. https://prnt.sc/9kzk1T1xNwjU

Actual behavior
When I try to exclude an unit from a certain country X, it acts just like if I were limiting it to that country X : it's only available in X, and nowhere else.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Pretty straightforward, just try to exclude an unit from a country.

Information:
Browser: Chrome

Browser version: Version 102.0.5005.115

OS: Windows

Any other relevant information:
It happens on every map for me.

Do you have your map settings set to
"Limit reinforcements in own country?"

Check to see if you have that checked because if it is, then the exclude from countries wont work unless you pick as the country with the excluded unit.

It is not checked.

Update : it is working back to normal
