What would be an MOS country?

I've only been practicing with IF, PD, and GW. I forgot a long time ago what MoS was used in. So if anyone can remind me what countries MoS is used with (10k & 15k funds) I'd appreciate it.

Cities with high reinforcements and loads of high income cities around it.

expand with infantry for the first turn, try not to use air trans or marines.

Great Lakes, UK, Germany, South Korea, Taiwan for both 10 and 15k, China South too when 15k.
Try France in case Italy, Spain and Uk are not taken, but Germany is.
