Allow Watchable Game Re-Plays

Be able to replay past games by yourself or other players. That is, you can click on the past game, and see the progression of the already completed game. You can click and see where units were moved for each subsequent turn and the battle results of said turn, until the end of the game.

Three benefits: 1. allow players to study their games like football film and improve their game.
2. When there are no good games going on players can see what other big, interesting, or exciting games went on.
3. CAN MAKE DUELS MORE INTERESTING BECAUSE WE CAN ACTUALLY SEE HOW IT TRANSPIRED, IF IT WAS A BLOWOUT OR NOT ETC.

It could be made similar to warlight/warzone so that you could check turn 1 , 2 ,3 etc. and see lines of units ,where they went and battles and then auto delete the game after an hour or 2 so it doesnt take up space on the servers i guess
