Reason for the ban: "Toxicity" against the map isn't a valid reason for banning as i didn't abuse any rules of the scen:

Reason for the appeal: The ban isn't justified, there are literally dailly shit talkings on any WWI game about ballance, counters, bad playing, etc. If he is true to this cause, near all WWI communitry would be banned at this point.

I am writing to request that my ban from the map created by Estus be reviewed and removed. I was banned after stating that the map needs balance and noting that toxic behavior is common there. I believe this ban was arbitrary and inconsistent with the map rules, and I ask that you lift it or require the mapmaker to justify it with evidence.

Why the ban should be lifted

Even if my comment looks "toxic", it is not a personal attack. Banning a player solely for pointing out balance issues (even if its redacted like trash/shit talking or shitposting) is effectively a personal or content-based punishment rather than enforcement of a clear rules violation. According to the published rules, a mapmaker's ban power is limited and regulated. Estus's action conflicts with those limits (see rules cited below).

"If the mapmaker claims a rules violation, the rules require evidence." No evidence has been provided to me or to moderators (to my knowledge), that i have been explicitly abusing glitches or scenario mechanics to personal gain. This was solely a ban motivated by his hating for feedback about balance; and as i said before, near all players who play WWI at one point trashtalks about the scenario itself complaining about unballanced units/factions"

Relevant rule citations and how they apply to my appeal:

Rule 7.1 — "The mapmakers have the privilege to ban a player ...; however, the mapmakers are not allowed to ban a player on a map/scenario for personal reasons or not describing the reasons for the ban."
Estus banned me after I commented on balance. Even if that sounds "toxic", that appears to be a personal or content-based ban (silencing feedback) and was issued without a clear, described reason. This directly conflicts with 7.1.

Rule 7.2 — "Players are assumed innocent ... It is up to the map maker to provide substantial evidence when asked to do. Map makers who fail to do so will have to lift the ban, if the map makers refuses to comply moderators will lift the ban."
No substantial evidence of any rule-breaking on my part has been presented.

Under 7.2, the burden is on Estus to provide proof of me abusing mechanics or something about the scenario itself; failing that, the ban should be lifted or moderators should intervene.
